For End of Life Electrical Equipment, the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC enforces the requirement to recycle and dispose of properly for all Waste Electrical Equipment whether you are a Business or a Private Consumer.

We can offer advice on how best to tackle this situation, especially where it involves the disposal of a reasonable quantity of electrical equipment.

With regards to the Supply of New Equipment, there has been since 1 July 2006, the introduction of RoHS Compliance (the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment Directive).

Although we do not manufacture equipment that would needs to comply with this Directive, We endeavour to supply equipment that does comply with this regulation where possible.
